New Student BBQ
If your child is new to All Saints there is a new student BBQ on Wednesday, September 2nd from 11 am until 1 pm.  A BBQ lunch will be provided to the new student, if a parent or sibling is accompanying them they may purchase a meal for $5.00.

Collection of Fees – Cash On-Line
Our method of payment for all activities and fees will be through our School Cash Online program wherever possible – the link is on our website – please create an account for your child if you have not already.  You can pay with an e-cheque if you have a chequing account. Also new this year is the option to use a credit card.  If you must send funds in to the school
please use a cheque or money order as we attempt to minimize cash in the schools. Student fees are already set up for parents – you need to go into each of your children’s accounts and pay them in order of first student, second student, third student, etc. (fee decreases after the
second student.)  A guide is attached on how to set up an account.

Presto Cards
If your grade 9-12 student is eligible for a Presto OC card the students may pick up the Presto card Wednesday, September 2nd from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm at the school.  Otherwise students must make their own way to the school on the first day and they will be called down alphabetically throughout the day to pick up their card.  All students are reminded to register their card online in case of loss.

First Day School Procedures
Grade 7 students will go to the Cafetorium and their teacher will call their names and bring the class to their room.
Grade 8 students will go down towards the 7/8 wing on the first floor and their names and homerooms will be posted on the wall on the right side of the hall just before entering the 7/8 wing.  Student peer helpers will be on hand to help direct students.
Grade 9 & 10 students will check the lists posted in the atrium for the room number of their homeroom.  They will go to their homeroom where they will receive their schedule.
Grade 11 students will check the lists posted on the windows in the hall on the second floor (front and back of school) for the room number of their homeroom.  They will go to their
homeroom where they will receive their schedule.
Grade 12 students will check the lists posted on the windows in the hall on the third floor (front and back of school) for the room number of their homeroom.  They will go to their homeroom where they will receive their schedule.Peer Helpers will be on hand to help students find their homerooms.
