All Saints is using voice mail only for this message – no emails will be sent by the school until we have collection the majority of permission forms for the new anti-spam legislation which we refer to as the CASL form. Thank you to all who have completed the form. A letter will be in each student`s envelope going home outlining what email addresses and what permissions we have. If you have previously completed the permission form the letter will state ``No action required.`` If it states this, please just initial and return the form the next day. If you wish to correct or change your email address you can also do it on this letter, and again initial. Please note the system can only handle one email per parent.
The first day of school is Tuesday, September 2nd. The day starts with a warning bell at 8:15 a.m. Please send a combination lock with each student. You may also send a cheque, payable to All Saints, for student fees which help offset transportation costs for excursions, spirit building activities and more. The fee is $30 per student with a maximum of $60 per family. Please ensure all student names are printed on the cheque memo line. The student envelope contains important information including the student verification sheet which we need back with the CASL form no later than Friday, September 5th.
For the first day Grade 7 and 8 students go to the Caf, grade 9 and 10 students to the Atrium to find the list with their homeroom location, the grade 11 lists will be on the second floor and grade 12 on the third floor.
